The full tang German high carbon stainless steel, razor sharp edge, and wide bolster offer true balanced performance and durability without sacrificing safety and comfort. Our broad handle design creates the ideal "pinch grip," reducing hand and grip fatigue and simplifying everyday chopping, mincing, cutting, and slicing of vegetables, meats, or anything else you need to cut in the kitchen.

With a 13-degree blade edge, our knives are razor sharp and built to withstand tough tasks, ensuring they are not likely to chip or break, outlasting other nakiri knives. The multifunctional Japanese knife is perfect for chopping vegetables and is heavy-duty enough to function as a stand-in butcher knife or chef's knife when needed.

For easy care, wash the knives by hand with mild soap, then rinse and dry completely. We do not recommend using a dishwasher or submerging the knives for long periods of time.
